Usually if I got to sleep at night when I'm depressed I wake up the next morning fully ready to face the day--however today would be an exception. So my solution--sleep again. Since I've already worked 6 hours today and I have to be back for the night shift at 11, sleep sounds good. I'd much rather be doing something fun, but I lack the motivation to plan anything. Oh well, right?
