So, bout an hour ago I was all set to take a nap... even in bed with the alarm set. But I realzied that I have tons of stuff I need to do this evening and a nap would make me groggy. So, for once, I did the right thing--went for a run and then did some kick boxing. And I honestly feel a lot more energized to work on my paper.

Also watching trading spaces (in england) and enjoying my happy christmas house...
